This month, America’s Top 100 LLC selected him for this prestigious honor, which recognizes the nation’s most exceptional trial attorneys in high-stakes legal matters. The organization gives this honor to less than one-half percent of active attorneys in the nation.
The selection process
America’s Top 100 LLC created America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® with the goal of annually recognizing the most capable professionals in the United States. The multi-step process for selecting attorneys to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators® is very discerning. First, there are two major criteria to meet. An attorney must have litigated a case with:
- At least $2,000,000 in damages at stake
- The fate of a business worth at least $2,000,000 at stake.
Few lawyers meet at least one of these qualifications. The ones who do are also evaluated based on achievements, professional accomplishments, case results, client satisfaction, media presence, community impact and notable honors, to name just a few factors. Finally, the top 100 qualifying attorneys in each state are selected and given this rare honor.
